The Victims of DEW Remembrance & Honor Program honors individuals who have passed away after reporting directed energy harassment, voice-to-skull experiences, Havana Syndrome/AHI-like symptoms, or other unexplained neurological disturbances, while also recognizing living individuals who have shown courage, compassion, service, or advocacy in support of affected civilians.

Through memorial tributes, remembrance events, and special honors, the program helps preserve their stories, recognize their lives, and ensure that their voices are not forgotten.

• Former CIA Director R. James Woolsey died at age 84 on July 21, 2026, after suffering a stroke, with his wife reporting that his health had deteriorated due to Havana syndrome.
• Michael Beck a retired National Security Agency counterintelligence officer known as the first government worker to report symptoms of what is now called Havana Syndrome, died at age 65 on January 24, 2026, in Columbia, Maryland.
• Myron May – Authorities say gunman Myron May believed 31-year-old was “in a state of crisis” and believed he was being targeted by the government. He reportedly detailed his thoughts in a journal and videos.
  Education – He graduated from Florida State University with an economics degree. He then got a law degree from Texas Tech and practiced law in Texas before moving to New Mexico to work as a public defender in Las Cruces and then a prosecutor in the Dona Ana County district attorney’s office.
