2026 Victim Participation & Printing Instructions

For Directed Energy Victims Awareness Day 2026, victims, supporters, and participating organizations are welcome to use the approved awareness wording and flyer designs provided by Direct Energy Weapons Agency, Inc.

You may:

  • Print the 8½ × 11-inch flyers provided for personal use, awareness walks, community gatherings, town-hall events, or public education.
  • Resize the flyers to create larger posters, picket signs, handouts, banners, or other event materials.
  • Use the approved 2026 wording on T-shirts, signs, buttons, hats, tote bags, posters, and other awareness products.
  • Sell products you create for the 2026 awareness campaign and keep 100% of your profits.
  • Organize your own local awareness activity, walk, gathering, or educational event using the approved campaign messaging.

If you use the official Direct Energy Weapons Agency, Inc., Directed Energy Victims Awareness Day, or other DEWA branding, please use it respectfully and only in connection with the 2026 awareness campaign.

Participants are responsible for their own printing, production costs, sales, permits, taxes, and compliance with local laws.

Direct Energy Weapons Agency, Inc. does not collect a percentage of your sales. You keep 100% of the profits from products you create and sell for the 2026 campaign.

6 Pillars Baseline Neurological Tests

We advocate for Standardized 6-Pillar Medical Protocol for civilians. Currently, when an ordinary person experiences an AHI, local doctors have no official guidelines on how to test them. Victims are frequently dismissed, and their physical injuries are misdiagnosed as “just stress” or anxiety.

  6. TBI Blood Biomarkers: A rapid blood test that screens for central nervous system proteins (GFAP/UCH-L1) to give chemistry-backed proof of a physical brain injury.

Question – Does your protocol, 6 Pillars prove what caused the injury or who did it?

Answer – No, and that is intentional. Finding the weapon or the culprit is an intelligence and military job.
