Victims of Directed Energy Weapons (VODEW) is a division of Direct Energy Weapons Agency, Inc. (DEWA) dedicated to supporting civilians who report experiencing unexplained physical, neurological, sensory, or psychological effects that they associate with directed energy exposure, Havana Syndrome–like incidents, or other forms of remote harassment.
Our purpose is to provide a supportive community where individuals can share their experiences, receive information and resources, document what they are experiencing, and remain informed about DEWA’s ongoing advocacy, research, public education, and efforts to establish greater access to professional evaluation and support.
VODEW does not oppose the lawful development or use of directed energy technologies for legitimate national security, defense, scientific, medical, or public-safety purposes. Our concern is the potential criminal, unauthorized, abusive, or harmful use of such technologies against civilians.
We believe people reporting these experiences deserve to be heard, documented, treated with dignity, and given access to appropriate investigation, medical evaluation, and support.
